This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Haruhi anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

I don't know how long they're going to be here, but two weeks is the absolute longest length of time I'm letting you take random leaves of absence. And you read the part about the submarine, right?

[That's not good, he hopes they won't be here for so long. It could mean something bad. But he has to try to be optimistic, right? Maybe they will be gone in two weeks indeed.]

It's not random if I don't feel well.

I read that, as long as he tells me what to do I'll help. Just curious, is it safe to assume that after this you'll want an airplane? Since we would have already covered the sea above and under, the air is the last thing left to conquer.

No way, we need a space ship next! I've been to the moon, we might as well go back!

I thought that would be after the airplane, the barrier may pose a problem with it after all.

Who knows how high the barrier goes? There might not even be a point. But it would be convenient to circumvent the teleporters.

An airplane could serve to check the height. Rather than throw an airship at it and have it crash against it, besides there's more than just that though.

Oh...! What about a zeppelin! A zeppelin would be great!

See, that's more like you. I like the idea, first the submarine, then a zeppelin, then an airship, then a SOS Brigade space station.

Yeah, and the space station will be after the Organization hires me.

[If she heard his voice now she probably would get worried or worse. Besides, talking it's harder to keep his mouth shut regarding some things, he doesn't want to start rambling about things she doesn't agree with. Not when the conversation is being a nice one.]

You are going to become a Malnosso? I think I'm officially scared about the Malnosso now.

I'd certainly like to be an intern for them, in any case. Preferably in a nice department like MARS or something so that I can better understand how they work.

But that's beside the point now and I don't want to agitate you.

I'm not agitated I'm perfectly fine. I just feel sick, okay? It's normal to get sick from now and then, it's not the first time I get sick or have to stay in bed for a bit.

Being you, you could become the lead of the organization. Maybe it would be for the better if you were the one in charge.

Yeah, but I wouldn't want to lead some gross megapower like that. Not as I am now, anyway.

If it was you, you would make it not-gross in no time.

Giant entities like that can't be controlled by a tyrant, you know. Not effectively, anyway.

Certainly, in the Athenian sense of the word!

But the Brigade was always yours. You didn't force your way in any means to be the boss.

We don't know if they don't actually get their leaders that way either.

I still hold absolute authority, and saying I'm a shogun would be weird and emperor would be disrespectful.

Why not queen?

Because then it's just like "Oh who's the king?" or "what god's giving you the authority?" or "when are you having kids?"

Why isn't it like that with being an empress or a tyrant?

I don't think anyone cares about when you plan to have kids.

Queens are more inherently dynastic than either of those, tyrants are perfectly capable of being self made.
