Sometimes people come here from different times. And sometimes... when people leave, and come back, they completely forget. Haruhi was here before... then left, then came back and didn't remember. Look Mikuru, it's like this. A lot of times when people go back, they don;t come back with memories of last time. It's a bit like a "reset" - a little like having two people here for long standing people in Luceti.
