She's got two locations in mind. In order, she's heading to Winry's house (House 23) to knock on it and look for her, and then once she deduces Winry is missing (and in a much more foul mood) she's matching to claim back House 10. Naturally, your character is free to run into her on the way to or at either of these locations as well

It's very charming. Does everyone in your brigade get to wear things like this?

Huh- no, of course not. This is just my school uniform back home with some minor modifications.

You wore a uniform to school?

We always went in simple dresses and pinafores. Simple, but well made. The better dresses are saved for service on Sundays.

Anne, this material isn't even all that good. It's totally made of cheap stuff.

Believe me, it feels a lot better against the skin than wincey (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wincey) does.

...You know I've never worn wincey, I think.

You can count yourself as very fortunate, then. The stuff is awful. It itches and it never comes in nice colours. Nothing like this uniform.
