[So Haruhi... arrived this morning. Or well, last night? Somewhere in there, and she learned the truth the hard way. She's yet to test it, but she's got no reason to think Mikage was lying unless it was an elaborate troll, in which case she'll beat him into the ground.

Thus, once it's a more sensible hour of the day, she clears her throat after waking up - and skimming the journals, getting a brief feel for how things are right now, but afraid to look back and see Haruki so not that far - in the Brigade room (if for whatever reason you character would be there in the morning, feel free to run into her then btw):]

Hey, Luceti, listen up!

I, Haruhi Suzumiya, have returned as what is probably one of the first new feathers of this cycle!

SOS-Brigade, that means that naturally you're required to show up for future meetings, starting tomorrow. If you fail to attend even one of the ones this week I'll penalize you so much that you won't get to see the sun for weeks, got it?! Luceti's going to get much more exciting from here, so look forward to it, everyone!

She's got two locations in mind. In order, she's heading to Winry's house (House 23) to knock on it and look for her, and then once she deduces Winry is missing (and in a much more foul mood) she's matching to claim back House 10. Naturally, your character is free to run into her on the way to or at either of these locations as well

Yes just feel free to run into her in general. Or reply. Or whatever. After all, you all remember her a little... different. Though new people are welcome too. Everyone is]

[What? That voice, that confidence, that... well, attitude. That is so obviously familiar, and the name is too. Haruhi Suzumiya, though? He had only met a Haruhi when Haruki was under the influence of an experiment.

At first he's tempted to blow this off as a coincidence, but before he shuts the journal, a thought occurs. She said "returned." This Haruhi already seemed comfortable with how Luceti worked and that she had a Brigade established and... well. Was this just another experiment? Weird... Well, only one way to find out.]

Returned, huh? Sure didn't take long for you to start trying to whip the Brigade back into shape.

[There's a familiar figure sitting at the steps of the Brigade, a pink haired girl, softly murmuring to herself as she looks at the fountain with a vacant stare, not really focusing on her surroundings. She wanted to go out but she's still unsure and hesitant and, God knows what. Why she chose to sit there instead of at a bench is a mystery, or maybe not.]

[Oh hey, that's something weird to walk out on in the morning. Haruhi looks down at the girl, appraising her, and then arches and eyebrow before knocking her lightly in the head]

[Things are just as normal as ever at House 10...which is to say, not really. Neku's probably holed up in his room and Shiki's slowly...packing. The pair of them had waffled on whether or not they wanted to move from the place they called home for over a year, and truthfully they were still unsure, but she was getting a head start anyway.

However, when she hears someone at the front door, she's putting down her things and wandering to the living room to take a look. What she finds? Well. Definitely not what she expected.]

...can I help you with something? [Never mind the fact that her brain's jarring a bit to try and figure out why the girl seems like she belongs her, Shiki's just going to block Haruhi from coming into the house.]

[Paru has been quite enjoying her time without Haruki. So what goes through her mind when she heard this announcement is really something I don't have the icons to express. She doesn't even realize she can be heard when she replies. Describing all the emotions in her voice (mostly along the lines of hate and rage), and how each added a subtle tone and inflection to the whole would be really rather difficult, so instead I will use HTML and you will have to use your imagination as to exactly how this would sound.

Haruhi. Not Haruki, but it didn't matter; it nearly causes her heart to stop all the same. Rena only knew one Suzumiya, and only Suzumiya would reclaim the Brigade with such audacity. She had thought, at first, that perhaps it was his sister-

But returned. She had said returned. Perhaps she had been here before, but...that didn't seem right.

She had been about to head out to her treehouse this morning, but Rena abruptly changes routes and takes off to the Brigade headquarters instead. It was a gamble, but, if this was indeed the same person, then the Brigade would be the first thing Haruki would check.]
