Appointments Post ( I )

This post here is for personal conversations which should happen but one or both of us doesn't want to put up a new post/log and thus we will just thread it out here. This can be used to thread with Haruhi anytime and anywhere. This can either be in person (with action), or via the journal's call feature (voice and/or written).

I look sexy in this.

[She puffs out her cheeks, but doesn't argue it further. She rolls her eyes a bit before breaking to go side by side with Shiki towards the front door and then keep that up on their way to the Rec Center. Of course, there is more to talk of en route, but]

You said it, not me. [She's critically examining her though. Granted it's not a bad look by any means, but of course it leads to picturing the fedora on Haruki instead...and she grins. He'd look like a complete dork. And off they go to the rec center where we can assume that Shiki is still just making idle chitchat and stalling on discussing the bigger picture until they're actually at the hot springs.]

[Haruhi's actually content to roll with that... for the time being. After all, her and Shiki are a pair she actually doesn't mind having idle conversation with. And thus, when they get to the teleporter proper, they get to the bath house with minimal incident]

[That's part of the reason they're close, in Shiki's opinion. Even though she's not afraid to put her in her place, Haruhi also knows when to just let Shiki babble. Once at the bathhouse, she's going to set down her little bag.]

Looks like we picked a good time...[You know, since it's pretty much empty.]

Well who'd come to a hot spring this late in the day in Spring. We're even getting past Hanami season.

[Haruhi said as she started to strip, right then and there after setting down her bag and taking off the Fedora]

I know, I know, but you know there are people that don't believe in Hanami, right? [She's not thinking much of that, starting to strip herself and toss her clothes next to Haruhi's.] What, no fedora? [Jokingly said, of course.]

I can't have that beauty getting wet.

[Smirk, come on. It's not like you're wear any of your hats or bring Mr. Mew in. ...Right]

I could probably find you a new one in the shop. I still have that huge hat supply from when Molly was around. [Years ago by now, but Molly left her a good supply. Mr. Mew's definitely sitting this one out, but the hat's debatable...no, okay, that's being removed to. Hope you don't mind if she's going to slip right into the water there. It's not like she had many clothes on to begin with.]

[Yeah, yeah, she knows your fashion. But Haruhi takes a little longer, but slips in not that long after]

Seriously?

Seriously. You can't tell me you doubt my taste after all this time.

I'm not doubting that, I'm doubting there's physically any more hats.

[Sinking into the water a bit]

Just come and look sometime. You haven't come to visit me at the shop in a while anyway...

Well I can just tell you my orders at home, so who cares?

I mean...I kind of care. Home's a totally different environment and you know it. [She says as she sinks a little lower into the water.] That's kind of like telling you that you should carry out Brigade Business from your bedroom and not the Brigade Room.

In case you forgot, last time you asked me to use my Brigade for something we were in the kitchen!

[...fair point.] That was a special occasion!

...what's the Brigade's next big thing anyway?

Well, there is that cultural festival coming up.

Omigosh, that's in a few weeks, right? What exactly are you planning to do though?

I love of things! We need to work in a booth for all of the worlds the Brigade represents, at very least!

Please tell me you need costumes made. I can totally work overtime to get things made.

Well it's people showing off their at-home duds... but I definitely need a new dress which screams "professional" - or maybe a suit. Suit might be better, right?

You in a suit...seriously? Like with a jacket and tie and everything? I don't know about that...

I mean it's not bad, but you're not exactly built for a suit, you know?
