[This post comes up about an hour after the draft announcement and her reaction to it. It's cool, simple, to the point. Whoever wants to run into her will run into her during the course of the next day or two (and feel free to action that!) when she goes about "business as usual." Fur now, she's been training in magic and hand to hand, but neither is going to be efficient here, so-]

Tomorrow afternoon, after the meeting - or during, I don't care.

... I could show you during. Maybe ... some of the others could watch?

[ She sounds very uncertain. But ... maybe other people in the Brigade are going. And few things are as important on the battle field as a knowledge of medicine and healing.

Deal. [She doubts they'll master it during that time - it took her a while to get how to do it down well enough to be functional and even now she's not the best - but it might help]

Maybe Kurt'll pick up some of it because a girl's showing him.

[ ... that gets a quiet laugh. ] Maybe. It can't hurt. I can go over some basic first aid, too.

I've taken a health class before now, you know.

I'm just saying! ... I never had, before I got here. It can't hurt to be prepared, right?

Repeating information when there's new stuff to be addressed might be. Making flashcards about rainforest parasites and poisonous animals might be more beneficial.

[ ... what's a flashcard? ]

But we don't know what's out there... do you think we could really cover everything?

No. [...] After all, there's probably some stuff no one's ever heard of out there, but if we get the basics - bright colors are bad, for example - it's better than nothing.

... that's true. Let's do that too. If they won't give us any information, we'll just find it for ourselves!

We've got two days or less, but we'll make it count before then!
