[This post comes up about an hour after the draft announcement and her reaction to it. It's cool, simple, to the point. I don't - know anything about a device that makes electricity. But electricity can carry through humidity just fine. You'd just have to worry about whatever it is that generates it.

[Katara almost laughs at that.] Unless it's raining, that's not something you have to worry about. If the water is still just in the air, it shouldn't be dense enough for any sort of backlash.

I've never tried that... maybe. For a short distance, anyway. But it shouldn't be enough to go back to you. If something is forcing the electricity in one direction, that's the way it will stay, unless it gets diverted.
