Yeah... if he's out he can bring back the okra. I'm not sure we have any. If he's not we can just send him out for that.

[She should check the freezer - they probably have shrimp and sausage... mussels. Wait, do they have crayfish? Maybe she can substitute]

I can call him and have him get some anyway. Anything else you think we need?

Crayfish, traditionally... maybe some more corn and onions if we're going to make it for days. [...] Wonder if I have enough stock, actually.
