[This post comes up about an hour after the draft announcement and her reaction to it. It's cool, simple, to the point. Whoever wants to run into her will run into her during the course of the next day or two (and feel free to action that!) when she goes about "business as usual." Fur now, she's been training in magic and hand to hand, but neither is going to be efficient here, so-]

Someone teach me how to shoot a gun.

[And who knows, maybe people will reply to her about unrelated garbage too. She's still trembling, sitting on the roof of her house tonight

Fine, fine, Eri's the stick. There's no fullness to you at all, sans the chest.

So I've heard. How many times do you have to remind me of that? Neku doesn't seem to mind.

[godbent]

I just meant it looks unhealthy.

[Winry at least is a healthy country girl! Or something like that. Haruhi's a bit on the slim side herself, but not like Eri's body. Or so she tells herself]

Probably. You'd have to tell Eri that herself...what about my normal body though?

[godbent]

Eh, a little on the thin side, but not the way hers is.

[She shrugs, and then with her rinsing done, just gets in the tub]

Out of the people that actually know what I really look like, everyone seems to like that body more. [She finishes stripping down and doesn't even bother with a pre-rinse. She's just going to join her, sitting on the opposite end to face her.]

[godbent]

[You dirty girl. Haruhi glares a little at that, but she's too busy being scared to really object. So she sighs]

Well, like I've said before, it suits you better.

[so_shik]

Yeah, sure. [Oh shut your face, Haruhi. Shiki is not effected by your glare. In fact, she's just going to sink further into the water.]

You think you're ready for it?

[godbent]

Not really... I dunno, I guess I'll get there by the ship off date.

[She rolls her shoulders a bit, sighing as she lounges in here a bit more]

What about Winry? How does she fight?

[godbent]

She doesn't. [She sighs...] Both of her parents were doctors, and automail installation uses surgery. She'll be at whatever hospital there is.

So that leaves her totally defenseless? Wonder how many other healers are going. Or how many other people in general who can't fight.

[godbent]

None of us are defenseless. I'm sure a lot of people will be assigned to guard the base. [...] And that there will be a base.

You're in the jungle. I don't know about that. And I don't mean defenseless-defenseless, but like...not as trained as some of the others. Does that make sense?

[godbent]

Yeah, yeah. [She resists making a comment about Shiki's training, and instead sighs] It's not like I'm untrained, just not enough.

I think people are probably going to start gathering to train before everybody heads out. You could always join them.

You're more trained than I am, at least. I doubt I'd survive out there without Neku.

[godbent]

Neku's just lucky, the guy gets an obscene amount of magic - psyches, whatever you call 'em.

That's my point. I only have one I can use with Mr. Mew.

[godbent]

Oh, right.

[She derps a bit here, rubbing her own shoulders idly with her hands]

...hey. Did I ever apologize for what happened last Sunday?

A little bit at the time.

[But not... officially. Not in the Biblical sense]

...look. I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt like that. It was just...I was scared and when I saw you, I flipped a little.

It's fine. [It isn't, really, but] I was too used to being without you guys in the house, I guess.

It's not like we meant to be gone that long.

...was Winry okay? Something seemed off.
