[This post comes up about an hour after the draft announcement and her reaction to it. It's cool, simple, to the point. Whoever wants to run into her will run into her during the course of the next day or two (and feel free to action that!) when she goes about "business as usual." Fur now, she's been training in magic and hand to hand, but neither is going to be efficient here, so-]

[And though she flushes up saying that, it's better than explaining details. Though Shiki might ask it anyway]

[She sputters a bit when some of that water hits her in the face, splashing back.] Yeah, I see that. I mean why? [Of course she wants deets. Did you expect any less?]

[The splash hits her and she splutters too, but then groans]

Why not? She's- ... She's great. [...] Why do you like Neku, huh?!

[She's just being defensive now because it's so awkward to recant reasons]

Neku and I are a totally different and totally weird situation. Besides, this isn't about us. It's about you. So spill it.

What sort of a stupid answer is that! You want me to list reasons when you can't?!

...Basically, she's amazing. Winry's strong in all the ways I can't be, and just being around her makes me less afraid of what comes next. She's sweet and kind, but she isn't obnoxious about it the way a lot of people are - combative and feisty, but without being a total bitch either. She's attractive and playful; willing to try new things and allow me to do what I want and need to do.

[...]

I... I'm really lucky, I guess.

[He voice gets weaker as she says at that, and by the time she finishes, her face is a mass of red]

[...Haruhi you are so tsundere it's kind of endearing. Shiki's silent for a moment as she absorbs all of that, giving her best female friend a good hard look.]

...that's so cute. [That's all she can really say.] Winry's the only one who can really keep up with you, basically. From the sounds of it.

What said anything like that?! It's not like I'm a Gremlin or something, you stupid girl!

A-anyway! Now you need to tell me about you and Neku! Fair's fair!

I thought you already knew about me and Neku anyway! You were being serious?

Neku kind of saved my life. Isn't that enough?

[Thoughtful... personally no, but] If you think it is.

Neku was one of the first people to really like me for who I was, not for who I was as Eri. We've been through a lot together, and sometimes our relationship hits snags, but we manage to always work it out. He's thoughtful, and he's affectionate when he feels like it. And he's really creative. Is that better?

[godbent]

...It's sappy and generic too. [She says flatly]

[She shrugs dramatically here, and then lounges in the water. She stretches out her legs too]
